I have lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for over 55 years, and am a native and current resident of Colleyville. I have a BBA in Economics/Finance from Texas Wesleyan University and spent seven years in the field of finance prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in 1994. That background serves me well in advising clients about the financial impact of a home purchase.

Our Team

My primary responsibility is to work directly with my clients, which is what I enjoy most. With the help of my talented, specialized assistant; I can concentrate on the things I do best which include negotiating contracts, listing and selling homes and keeping our clients informed about their property in the marketplace. I utilize the team for many functions but I will not delegate direct communication to you. You may on occasion receive feedback from other team members but I will contact you on a regular basis.

Administrative Coordinator

Suzie Craney joined my office in August 2015. She is a licensed real estate agent with 13+ years experience in buying, rehabbing, and flipping properties. She has a BS in Biology from Purdue University, and worked in healthcare sales-marketing for 20 years before moving to the real estate sector. Suzie has an in depth knowledge of the real estate business and works with me to provide superior service to our clients. Suzie handles the administrative duties behind the scenes, dealing with other realtors, title companies, etc. to ensure our clients’ process is as smooth as possible. She provides property comparative analysis , coordinates the home listing process, maintains our website and social media marketing profiles, and organizes the milieu of paperwork surrounding real estate transactions. This allows me to spend my time on listing appointments, showing buyers, following up with clients and negotiating contracts and repairs.  Suzie has 2 children, 2 fur babies and enjoys gardening in her spare time.
